EAGLES HEAD FIELD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
Please read carefully before making your booking.
ARRIVAL & GENERAL SITE INFORMATION
• Bookings are for 50 minutes only. Please vacate the field promptly at the end of your session. Any overstay will be charged as an additional time slot.
• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times outside of the enclosed field area, including the car park and access routes.
• Do not arrive early for your allocated session. Entry to the field is strictly prohibited until your time slot begins and the previous hirer has fully vacated.
• Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and park in the designated parking area. It is the responsibility of the departing hirer to ensure the gate is securely closed.
• A strict 5mph speed limit applies on all access roads and yard areas for the safety of dogs and visitors
• Please be mindful of neighbouring properties and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• If using the dog rinse area, dogs must remain on a lead at all times. Please leave the area clean and tidy after use.
• You must clean up after your dog(s). All waste must be bagged and disposed of in the bins provided. Do not leave waste bags in the field or dispose of them in toilets.
USE OF THE FIELD
• Failure to clean up after your dog or leaving litter will result in a ban from future use of Eagles Head Field.
• Dogs must never be left unattended in the field.
• Dogs must remain on lead at all times outside the enclosed field boundary.
• Digging is not permitted. Any holes created must be filled in before leaving.
• The field must be left in a clean, tidy, and safe condition at the end of your session.
• All rubbish, including food packaging and drink containers, must be placed in the bins provided.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Toilet facilities (where available Pub Operating hours) must be left in the condition found. This can be found in the pub.
• Children are permitted within the field but remain the responsibility of the hirer at all times. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
• The field is provided solely for the purpose of exercising dogs. No other activities are permitted without prior written consent.

• If you identify any hazards, damage, or concerns during your visit, you must report them immediately.
DOG HEALTH & WELFARE
• It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure all dogs using the field are fully vaccinated, wormed, and treated for fleas.
• Dogs must be microchipped in accordance with UK law.
• It is strongly recommended that dogs wear a collar or harness with a valid ID tag.
• Owners should seek veterinary advice prior to booking if their dog has any underlying health conditions.
• SICKNESS: Dogs must not attend if they are unwell (including vomiting or diarrhoea) or have been in contact with an infectious illness. A minimum of 24 hours must have passed since the last symptoms before attending.
• KENNEL COUGH: Due to its highly contagious nature, dogs must not attend if they have been in contact with a dog showing symptoms of kennel cough. A minimum of 10 days clearance is required following contact or from the end of symptoms.
• Eagles Head Field accepts no responsibility for any illness contracted before, during, or after use of the field.
• Bitches in season are not permitted to use the field.
LIABILITY
• Use of Eagles Head Field and any equipment is entirely at the hirer’s own risk.
• Eagles Head Field accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, vehicles, or personal property while on the premises.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring gates are properly secured during their session. Eagles Head Field accepts no liability for dogs escaping.

• Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
• Any injury caused by a dog remains the sole responsibility of the owner or person in charge of that dog.
• Any damage caused to fencing, equipment, fixtures, or land may result in repair costs being charged to the hirer.
• Eagles Head Field reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access at its discretion without notice.
• The individual who made the booking must be present during the session and is responsible for ensuring all accompanying persons comply with these terms.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
• A booking is only confirmed once registration and full payment have been received.
• All bookings are non-refundable.
• Any time exceeding your allocated session will be charged as an additional booking slot.
DATA PROTECTION
• Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for administrative and safety purposes.
• Eagles Head Field will not share client data with third parties unless required by law.
DECLARATION
By completing a booking, you confirm that:
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Your dog(s) are in good health and meet all vaccination and parasite treatment requirements.
• You will not use harsh, abusive, or aversive training equipment or methods.
• You will remain in your vehicle until the previous hirer has vacated the field.
• You will vacate the field promptly at the end of your session.
• You accept full responsibility for yourself, your dog(s), children, and guests attending with you.
• You will not hold Eagles Head Field liable for any accident, injury, loss, illness, or escape occurring during use.
• You will only access designated areas of the site.
• You will leave the field clean, secure, and in the condition in which you found it.
